Doula Vida exists to honor this transition, to protect the sanctuary of the birthing space, and to hold every mother with reverence, grounding, and unconditional love.
Because I believe that wholeness is our original state of being and when a mother is held in her wholeness, life itself is held.

A mother of two little souls who became my greatest teachers and the reason Doula Vida was born.
After years in the corporate world, I felt called to step into a different kind of service, one rooted in presence, empathy, and feminine wisdom.
Through Doula Vida, I support women and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, guiding them to trust their bodies, their instincts, and the sacred rhythm of this season. My approach blends evidence-based education with spiritual connection, creating a space where women feel informed, held, and empowered.

This package is designed for families who wish to navigate the portal of pregnancy and birth with deep intention, education, and spiritual grounding. While this does not include physical presence at the birth or postpartum, it provides the emotional and mental map to cross the threshold with confidence and sovereignty.
This package offers the opportunity to work with me on line or in person.
Birth Support Package
Designed for families who want deep birth preparation and continuous labor support, with gentle postpartum closure.
Together, we will prepare the altar of your mind, body, and spirit for the arrival of your little one.
Postpartum Support Package
The postpartum period is not meant to be rushed or done alone. It is a sacred window of recovery, bonding, and deep transformation for the mother, the baby, and the family. This package is designed to hold the mother, so she can hold her baby. We provide holistic, nurturing, and non-judgmental support so you feel cared for and never alone during this season.
The Full Spectrum Journey
This is our most profound offering—a full-spectrum support sanctuary designed for families who wish to be deeply held through the intensity of birth and sacredly honored in the stillness of postpartum. This journey bridges the physical and the spiritual, ensuring you are supported from the first breath of preparation to the final ritual of closure.
